Requirements | – Bachelor’s degree in economics or foreign language.
– At least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or equivalent position. – English proficiency (the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing) – Good knowledge on recruitment. Practical experience in recruitment brings big advantage. – Good negotiation and problem solving skills, insight into translation. – Good computer and searching skills, knowledge on recruitment and searching channels. – Abilities to work in a team and independently, and withstand high pressure.

Job descriptions | 1. 1. Handle daily requirements:
– Provide appropriate freelancers to take on interpretation projects. – Receive and handle requirements from Divisions of Project Management/Sales and Marketing to recruit freelancers for upcoming projects. – Frequently consult Division of Project Management to gain information about freelancers during project performance process. (Quality, deadline, etc.) – Manage and monitor history of transaction between freelancers and division of project management and sales teams. 2. Seek and assess freelance interpreters. – Seek for sources of freelancers, post freelancer recruitment announcements and receive CVs to meet the needs and plans of sales teams. – Contact, discuss with freelancers and examine, assess their capacity. – Manage and update freelancer data base in accordance with procedures. 3. Maintain relationship with freelancers. – Negotiate capital cost, and interpretation time. – Sign freelancer framework contract, monitor freelancer quality and control risks of freelance translators. – Frequently update current freelance data base to make plan for seeking suitable freelancers. – Maintain relationship with freelancers (monthly letters to freelancers), resolve complaints and questions, solve financial problems and issues with respect to freelancers.
